BEHACK is a financial wellness platform that allows users to manage their budgets, track income and expenses, and receive personalized financial wellness recommendations. The Platform is not a financial intermediary nor does it provide official financial advice; it only offers tools and guidance for personal financial management and planning.

Acceptance of Terms

Using the Platform implies acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other applicable regulations. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you through the Platform, and your continued use after such modifications implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

User Registration

To use the Platform, you must register by providing the following information:

• Date of birth
• Country of residence
• Email address

Additionally, we will request details about your budget management history and perceived difficulty level to offer you more personalized recommendations. By registering, you declare that the information provided is truthful and up to date. BEHACK reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts registered with false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

Use of the Platform

By using BEHACK, you agree to:

• Use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent activities or to harm other users or BEHACK.
• Not attempt to access unauthorized systems or restricted areas of the Platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the suspension or cancellation of your account.

Provision of Services

BEHACK provides financial wellness recommendations based on the information provided by the user. These recommendations are informational in nature and do not constitute official financial advice or guarantees of financial performance. The financial decisions you make based on these recommendations are your sole responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

BEHACK does not guarantee that the recommendations provided through the Platform will result in specific financial improvements. Outcomes depend on each user and their individual decisions. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Financial losses resulting from decisions based on the information or recommendations provided.

Privacy and Data Protection

• It cooperates with the authorities in the event of investigations related to fraud or money laundering, sharing information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and the use of the Platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute or claim related to the use of the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of Costa Rica.
